Lesson 2
All Bodies are Good Bodies
Key Ideas
- Every body part has a real name and using the correct name is healthy and important.
- The vulva is the outside part between the legs, not the vagina (which is on the inside).
- All body parts, including genitals, serve important purposes.
- Some people are born intersex, meaning their bodies do not fit neatly into male or female categories, and this is a normal variation.
- Nobody's body is wrong or broken.
